3) The valve spring is not installed or broken, the valve spring is too weak and the closing is too late;
4) Excessive wear of the cylinder and piston ring, and the piston ring is stuck, broken or the lap is turned to one side;
5) The contact between the cylinder head and the cylinder body is not strict and the unloading valve leaks.
3. The air filter is dirty and blocked or the air valve channel is too much carbonized or the air valve spring is too hard, causing the suction resistance to be too large;
4. The clearance volume is too large;
The reason why the interstage pressure of the air compressor exceeds the normal value or is lower than the normal value
1. When the interstage pressure exceeds the set value of the low-pressure stage safety valve, the safety valve will open if it is normal. The interstage pressure is too high due to:
1) The mass flow drawn from the intermediate container by the rear-stage is reduced, including the leakage of the exhaust gas from the high-pressure cylinder of the differential piston air compressor through the piston ring.
Too many low pressure cylinders;
2) Poor inter-stage cooling: Air compressors with two-stage compression often work for a period of time, and the intermediate pressure is in the same working condition.
