1 Shipping:
1.1 Positioning: . Before getting on the pallet truck, first understand the width of the whole vehicle after the rig’s crawler is contracted, determine the width of the pallet truck and the position of the ladder, and then you can know the position of the drill rig crawler corresponding to the ladder.
1.2 Cart: The cart should be parked on a spacious site or on a straight road, to reserve a space for the drilling rig to move and locate, and also to prevent the need to turn when getting on the cart. The parking position of the trolley should be flat on the left and right. The tilt of the trolley will cause the drilling rig to slide to the lower side when driving on the trolley.
1.3 Ladder: Know the length of the ladder. The longer the ladder, the slower the slope. If the ladder is too short, you can choose a better terrain to make up for it. You can also place a sleeper under the front end of the ladder to slow down the gradient.
1.4 Operation: After the crawler and the ladder are in a good position, just pay attention to the position of the surface crawler during operation to ensure the position of the whole vehicle. When boarding the trolley, it should be operated in a low-flow operation mode and continue to drive. It can effectively prevent the crawler from slipping, and constantly monitor the driving conditions of the left and right crawler. When the balance point is reached, the flow should be reduced at a low speed and continue to drive, so that the drilling rig slowly moves past the balance point and slowly falls on the trolley.
1.5 Lower trolley
Relatively speaking, it is easier to get off the trolley. The trolley is parked on a hard and flat road, and the small flow and low speed continue to drive in a straight line. Raise the amplitude to move the center of gravity backward. When the balance point is reached, the flow is slightly reduced, and the drilling rig is slowly landed. Climb the ladder. Go up.
2 Assembly:
Crawler expansion and contraction: It is strictly forbidden to retract the crawler when the drilling rig erects the mast and drill pipe. There are three ways to expand the crawler:
@Direct expansion and contraction in smooth and flat places with small friction coefficient
②If the site: the ground or the sidewalk has a large friction resistance, you can operate the one-sided walking steering, and use the combined force of the outer pulling and inner pushing and the telescopic cylinder to make the crawler on one side stretch or retract
③When assembling the drilling rig, you can assemble the mast first, and then turn the rig to 90° drop and swing, and use the lower mast to support the crawler, so that the suspended crawler can stretch without any resistance. can operate this
3 Bolts:
The corresponding torque must be achieved when installing the bolts. There is a pin on the mast bolt. Its function is that when the bolt reaches the torque, the screw of the pin part will be stretched to reach a pre-stress, so as to prevent the bolt from falling off and damage to parts or personnel accidents
4 pins:
When assembling the drilling rig, some parts are connected by pins. When installing the pins, pay attention to the paint and chamfering degree on the pins. You can first try the pins and bushings to see if they are suitable. If they are not suitable, you should determine the location of the problem. And make corresponding treatment, such as installing the pin shaft of the pressurized oil cylinder, pay attention to the position of the lock plate of the pin shaft before installation, and use the point touch fine-tuning method when operating the pressurized oil cylinder to align the position.
5 main and auxiliary volumes:
When pulling out the main and auxiliary coil wire ropes, prevent the main and auxiliary coils from intertwining. The auxiliary coil ropes should be outside the main coil and only cross from right to left.
6 rope card:
When installing the main winding rope clip, pay attention to the installation method of the rope clip. The rope clip holder should be installed with the main rope end, and the rope clip U-shaped buckle should be installed at the end of the wire rope.
The distance between each rope clip should be about 20CM. Do not install the rope clips repeatedly, or install the rope clips in reverse. The number of rope clips used should be kept at 5. When installing the rope clips, try to keep a vertical line. When tightening the rope clip screws Use the afterburner rod to alternately apply torque left and right until the wire rope cannot be compressed
8 Assemble the drill pipe:
After the drill pipe is completely lifted, slowly drop the luffing, and then check the position of the drill pipe tray. If the outer circle of one side of the tray exceeds the drill pipe more, you can use a sledgehammer or other heavier object to hit the tray, and then put the mast. Straighten left and right, rotate the drill rod by hand to make the follower align with the mast slide, lift the drill rod higher than the power head buffer device, and then completely straighten the mast, pay attention to adjust the mast manually, it can output a small current and soft Slow control to prevent inertial force. After the mast is completely vertical, slowly lower the drill pipe, pay attention to the alignment of the drill pipe drive key and the power head drive groove, lift the power head after the drill pipe falls into the power head, and the rear mast can be controlled by manual small flow control first. When the angle is small, the pressure between the follower frame and the mast slideway is small, resulting in low friction force. Therefore, due to improper operation, it is easy to cause the follower frame to separate from the slideway. 9 Drop the mast: Three points should be paid attention to when dropping the mast
①The position of the power head, the position of the power head should be the position where the lower mast and the middle mast are connected, this position can maintain the center of gravity of the drilling rig, and reserve the distance for the downward movement of the drilling rod
②The position of the follower frame, the follower frame should be 1m to 1.5m beyond the mast support, the mast has high axial bearing strength, but the lateral load bearing is poor, the purpose is to protect the mast and the center of gravity
③Prevent pressure on the cab. Pay attention to the deviation of the mast when dropping the mast, otherwise the cab will be damaged! When the mast is dropped, the amplitude can be higher than the cab, and the amplitude can be lowered after the mast is flat. The luffing and mast can also be lowered to the bottom at one time, and the remaining length and comparison of the two mast cylinder pistons can be monitored through the side glass, as well as the distance between the mast and the cab, and the mast deviation can be prevented by adjusting the leveling handle.
10 walks:
10.1 Center of gravity: First determine the center of gravity of the drilling rig. Usually, the drilling rig is heavy in the front and light in the back. Due to the unevenness of the site, the center of gravity of the drilling rig is maintained by adjusting the luffing, the left and right inclination and front and rear angles of the mast, and turning on the truck when walking. After falling back 5 to 10 degrees, the drill bucket or drill pipe can be driven about half a meter away from the ground. Basically, it can meet most road surfaces. If the left and right deviation is large, the left and right inclination angles of the mast can be adjusted or turned on the vehicle to maintain the center of gravity and slope. 10.2 Driving operation: When operating, start with a small flow output and start at a low speed. After starting, drive quickly with a large flow output. When you need to stop, you should first reduce the flow and reduce the speed, reduce the inertial force, and then stop. When you need to turn, You should walk and turn at a long distance, avoiding sharp turns or turning in situ. .
